It is difficult to find the right words - the experience was many faceted and to try and verbalise it somehow diminishes it. I'm glad I came, It was a beautiful space to explore and encourage change.

Working with Sarah was an absolute pleasure. The escape from daily life enabled me to focus on myself, which was a treat. I have learnt how to view my body in a more positive way and accept who I am.

The venue was amazing in all aspects; the view, ambiance, grounds, rooms, cleanliness, friendliness. The content of the four days was quite unexpected but I have definitely experienced the first step towards creating the life I want and love. We received unconditional support and love from Sarah.

A little odd - yet it works .. go figure!

Sarah manages the fine line between group classes including one-to-one coaching - with a professional and engaging manner.

The only downside about Sarah is there is only one of each of her, therefore time is finite. Wish it lasted longer.

Stepping out of the car and taking my first breath of the air around Can Planells made me immediately shed the load of responsibility and care I had worn for a long time.

Learning through the course on awareness that I can love myself, I do have control of my own life and I do have the ability to listen to my body and help it to relax into itself. Sarah combined complementary session and workshops with meditation and movement in an environment that was both relaxing and stimulating. I came away inspired, relaxed and with intentions. Also a sense that I am moving more freely and thinking more positively.

It's been a wonderful four days with people in all different situation who have come together to talk in a beautifully idyllic setting of peace. It was wonderful. I really enjoyed learning from Sarah. She was compassionate and caring and knowledgeable. I've learnt lots of interesting things that I'd like to use when I get home.

I have loved the environment and the time to explore me. Being somewhere relatively remote meant that for me there were no distractions. I am amazed at the changes both emotional and physical that have taken place in such a small amount of time. I have really enjoyed the whole experience.
